Rosa Zubizarreta, East Coast AssociateRosa began learning and practicing Dynamic Facilitation in 2000. Since then, she has applied this co-creative approach in a wide variety of settings, including business, government, nonprofit, and community organizations. Rosa's professional training and experience includes organization development, social work, and education, and she has experience with a variety of dialogic, participatory, community-building, and strength-based approaches in each of these fields. Rosa holds an M.A. in Psychology from the Organization Development program at Sonoma State University, where she studied with Saul Eisen. She also holds an M.A. in Multicultural Education from the University of San Francisco, an M.S.W. from Springfield College, and is a certified Focusing Trainer.
